It is unlikely that your goods will be lost in transit or that you will receive them broken however if this does happen Riedel.co.uk will be happy to either refund you in full or send out free of charge replacement goods. All claims must be notified within 7 days of receipt of the goods and photographic evidence or return of the goods may also be required.
Products returned by you within the 7 day cooling-off period will be refunded in full including the cost of sending the item to you.
However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
No items may be returned to Riedel.co.uk without prior agreement.
